I was in the most recent ether dongle coop and we received all our parts and put the dongle together and have just noticed that the smaller chip on the board has two solder points that are touching on the actual chip on the top side of the board. There is solder between the clean lines going down, looking almost like it was machined wrong or something. Will that have an effect on everything talking if two points are actually connected as opposed to not supposed to be touching?
In this case what should be done if so? Its so tiny since its the smaller chip not sure if we could manually remove the solder without messing it up worse.
Thanks
Julie

I've not heard of any actual problems with the second coop. RJ did extra-close inspections on these before releasing them.

Found a post where RJ says that the bridge or little spot of solder won't matter, it will be fine!
Thanks all!

Two pins on the smaller chip are suppost to be shorted with a trace between them. This is fooling into believing they have a problem when they are not.
