Title: ACH-40.000MHZ-EK Temperature Range Concerns?

I notice the operating range of this device is +70C to -20C.  I live in Minnesota where temps during the display season can get well below -4F.  Does anyone have recommendations on a substitute part I can get or experience with running this device in temps below the recommended operating range?  I would hate to have the board stop working.
