Nutcracker Vertical Bars Issue

Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but I think it's a problem with the export. I'm trying to get some verticle bars spinning around, but they don't move when I export to Vixen. The preview gif looks fine, but the export seems to be the same frame for the whole time span.

Are you using projects or effects?

Kurt - I am having same issue

tried both as individual effect file (hicksjfh,TREE288~R_W_SPARKLE_VBAR_FAST.vir) and as a portion of a project file (project #250 under hicksjfh username)

in both cases what showed properly as the .gif was just a static vertical bar, not moving, in the exported routine

in the meantime I will use an alternate effect for this portion of my song(s)

I used two vertical bars in my latest sequence for Carol of Bells.  I TOO am seeing no movement.  This is a legitimate bug.  The left and right for vertical bars does not work at the moment.

For what it's worth I came up with a makeshift alternative that looked pretty similar to the vertical bars effects and actually outputs correctly

Use spiral instead and set #rotations to 0

Not all setting options are same but it worked for what I was trying to do

My resolution was to use xlights for the vertical bars I wanted.  But I was having trouble with xlights meteor effect so my show ended up being a mix of nutcracker and xlights.  I too played with spirals to get a vert bar effect.
