Title: Possible Second Lynx Express COOP for 2010?

Is there a possibility for having a second Express COOP hosted in 2010? I realize that the first one was was just compleated but I joined up after it was closed. Maybe it could be done in a few months since I noticed many new members. I see the FS COOP but I would like to just use the express.
