Good to see the breaker panel open ... Assuming this means the breaker was open during install, which appears to have been completed just before the photo, clued by the ladder under the led side

Yeah, I have a healthy respect for live circuits. I even check with a meter just to make sure it is off.

Metal ladders and live wires do not make make a good combination.
