I guess it's sort of "cheating" because there aren't any lights mounted on the building, but very impressive.
Search YouTube for "guernsey county courthouse" for an impressive show with strings of lights, decorations mounted in the windows, and RGB floodlights. My housefront is covered with 5 only Aether floods... this thing has maybe 20-30 or so. Wow. I wish my house was that big and spectacular, just to be able to decorate it for Christmas... I'd hate to do the cleaning during the rest of the year, though.
