DHL "Shipment on Hold"

Has anyone ordered from Ray and had their DHL "shipment on hold"? I purchased some lights about two weeks ago and Monday Ray sent me an email with a DHL tracking number. I was able to track the shipment through the US to Seattle, WA where it now says "shipment on hold". Do I need to contact DHL or is this just a simple routine customs check?

Not unusual for a shipment to stop in tracking for a bit.  Wouldn't worry for several days, especially around weekends.

I have had an order from Ray (shipped Fedex) get stopped in customs. Fedex called me for me to verify declared amounts. I had to sign and scan documentation declaring value of the lights. It was because the forwarder he used was on a list that had been known in the past to under declare values.
