Just the final product, here is a pic of all six built now.  Hardest part Ill have to say is the cat 5 wiring to the board.

Now that you have all the wires on them how are you going to protect them.  i am using pieces of 1" PVC, but you have to put the wire thru a cap and everything thru the piece of PVC before you solder on the wires or at least have both wires going thru one cap.

You could always remove the rj45 off the other end, feed out through the drilled cap, then crimp a new end on

I've got the pvc on already just can't see it in the pic  :)
