That is not a 12v single rail supply. Matter of fact it has 4 +12V4@40A rails.

If this was a single rail 12v then that would be a good price.

There are 3 others on sale there, all include free shipping and a $20 gift card ... $60, $70 or $80 for 45A ,54A or 62A on a single rail, all are modular (plug in only what you need) and 80 PLUS rated.  Those prices include $20 rebates factored in, but if you used the $20 gift card on top of that ... could be a good deal.
