Nutcracker 3.0.7 released. Bug fixes

This release fixes some bugs.

David Pitts is now helping code Nutcracker (Thanks Dave!). He has already fixed 4 bugs.

Bug#001: Meteors, Life, Snowstorm doesnt export. These 3 bugs are now fixed
Bug#005: On effect 1, Palette 3 button is not being picked up. Fixed

nope. but i am hopeful now that dpitts is helping. he uses lsp and will be a big help getting to a msq output.

dpitts has just fixed the HLS output of Nutcracker 3. Rather than bump the version number, i just posted the fix to teh current 3.0.7. If you are using HLS, download the latest and you now will get hlsnc files.
