i will open conference at 6:45pm MST, tutorial will start 7:00pm MST

I have added a google calender to the login screen that will show future tutorials. I will also start recording all of my tutorials with screencast-o-matic. This way the recordings will be available the same day as the tutorial

Thanks Sean, as I have community band rehearsal every Thursday night so it is rare when I get to attend your calls and I have missed out on so many now.  I feel like I am falling behind.  It would be fantastic if this weeks were available for viewing if time allows!
