Light display nomeclature
« on: January 17, 2012, »
All,

Mainly for fun, our family has come up with some nomenclature for when we drive by christmas lights:

Blinky - Animated Lights set to music
Flashy - Lights that blink to set patterns but not set to music
Lights, no blinky - Static lights
Blinky Movies - Animated Lights set to music with video
Blinky Robots - Animated Lights set to music with animatronics
Blinky Movie Robots - Animated Lights set to music with video and animatronics
Las Vegas - A saturated light show (with so much light that every surface has lights on it!). This can be Blinky, Flashy, or Lights, no blinky.

Any others?

Kurt
