Did someone here use the smartstrings to make snowfall/blizzard tubes? I thought I saw it somewhere here, but I can't find it. Either I imagined it, or I'm using the wrong search terms.

firemedic4christ made some. when we had a mini here in denver a month ago, he showed them. he used the plastic tubes that protect florescent light bulbs to house them. they were 2 to 3' long.
