I use tapatalk on another forum and it messed up my show new messages, or at least I think it did when I use the laptop or desktop vs the phone/tablets.

I thought it had to do with the polling it must do to see about new PM's and such that it gives you notifications for.

Do you see the same thing over here on diy?
