Active Hub Dead Ports?
« on: December 03, 2011, »
I think I had a string short while connected to an active hub port and it seemed to have killed the port on the hub...
although I dont see any circuit damage, the port no longer works (as in lights the string)

a quick search didnt find any answers in the forum...
has this happened to anyone else?

Any insight on what to replace/flash or start looking at?

Thanks,
David

The green part right above that port is a fuse. It blew and needs to be replace for the port to work again.
