LOR setup available on 1/2/12
« on: December 19, 2011, »
I will have Lynx Express controllers available with next year's show to replace my LOR equipment. I will have the following available to sell when the show ends on New Year's Eve:

(8) ShowTime Pro LOR1602W Lighting Controller
(1) ShowTime Pro Director DC-MP3
(1) USB - RJ45 Serial Adapter with Booster

4 of the controllers were used this season only -- 2.5 weeks.
4 of the controllers were used this season, and last season.

Everything is fully operational and in great shape. If you are not aware of the models, these are the factory-assembled, 30-amp, steel-cased units.

Make me an offer for everything, or a portion.

Easiest way to sell LOR stuff is to post on Planet Christmas.  I sold most of my LOR stuff there and got almost double my channels for the same money with Lynx.  DIY folks are not good buyers for premade stuff.  My wife is a quilter and she loves to look at quilts, but will never buy anything she can make herself.  I think the same goes for us here.

Which forum on LOR is best to sell on?  ALso, they really turned PC into a mess with classifieds.

I ended up posting the entire lot in a single ebay sale... it ends tomorrow.
I had listed them in PlanetChristmas and got a few nibbles, but i didn't see a buy/sell area in LOR.

ehh.   :-\

It'll be enough to buy more LEs and SSCs, but I didn't make a killing.  I sold everything in a single sale, and had about 60 watchers along for the ride.

In the end, I got about $270/controller.

I was torn, I liked those controllers -- but they'll be happy in their new home and I'll have new LEs built soon. ;D
