Post ing on You Tube
« on: June 16, 2010, »
How do you guys get videos of your sequences on you tube? Video camera or some other method? I just got my first LE and dongle in the 1st co-op of 2010 and did my first  flag sequence for the 4th of July. I purchased a coro flag from one of the members on this forum , I am pleased with the way the flag turned out, can't say much fom my sequence.

I use a hand held camera, then compress and edit using Windows movie maker, then finally upload to YouTube.

I would recommend not using youtube.  I've had 1/2 my uploads blocked because it recognizes the music in my video and says I need a release from the artist before I can post it.

I used vimeo last year and I'll do it again this year.  Youtube is too restrictive for what we all upload - video with music...

After reading you tube's rules about copyrights it seems that you couldn't upload a video with music unless you are the artist, but there are a lot of them on there. Thanks Guys!!
