Tapatalk is installed on the forum for those that want to use it on their phones. I do not think bill used it as I remember.

I think RJ still has to register or wait for them to add DLA to their list. I don't have tapatalk myself but I know there is a process

for Android phone users...  there is an app in the android market called "convo"  it's a tapatalk client that is free   

i just set it up on mine, and it works.

Looks like the free version of Convo  is feature limited. I haven't done a comparison between Convo (free), Convo (paid), and TapaTalk (paid) so I don't know what you're missing with the free version.
