Is there something wrong with the site? Strange text

The site is weird for me today.  Part of it is in gibberish.  See attached pic.  Also, the icon that says a topic has new postings is gone.  Is it just me or is anyone else seeing this?

OK, apparently I am now Albanian.  Funny as I am pretty sure I grew up in Texas.  Don't know why this changed.  I haven't been to my profile in a while.  Finally found the language option.  Looks OK now.
