Purchasing mini LED strands cost effectively?

Has anyone found an inexpensive place to purchase the actual mini LED Christmas lights.  How about specifically the LED icicle strands?  Purchase them online... volume discount....etc.

December 26th if you can find them.  LOL.  That is when I bought probably 95% of my LEDs, but over a 3 year period.
