I love the personalized mail surprises. We got one last week thanking us and saying how the lights are the best in the neighborhood, etc, etc, but the kicker was the signature.
"Thanks, Ryan (The guy with the loud orange car)"
The neighbors and I talk about that kid all year log, buzzing up and down the street in his little rice burner....and apparently he KNOWS IT and OWNS IT!!
