Title: Is is possible to change the order of the layers?

I have several layers. I would like to know if it is possible to change the order they appear on the layer view list.

Also, how do I assign a specific sequence setup to be the default setup to be used when I import or start a new sequence?

You can not currently change the order of layers. Your default setup will be on the second screen when you set up a new sequence, you will see a box that says Load Default Controllers, check that box THEN to the right of that where it says From: click the grey box with the ... in it and you can choose the sequence you want to use the controller/channel images from.
