24VDC motor, gear box, cam gear and sensor
« on: October 13, 2012, »
I have 3 sets of these.  I got them for making something move in my display.  The motor is 24vdc and has a gear box built in to it.  Has a nice mounting bracket.  The drive gear is 7 inch in diameter.  It has a ball bearing mount.  It has a cam that fits in the groove of the large gear.  Also an optical sensor for the ear on the large cam gear.  Even without the large gear the motor has good torque even at 12 and 18 volts.  For sale $25 or trade for about anything!  Okc zip 73139
  Make offer plus actual shipping.

It is not marked.  They came off an Oce TDS 400 engineering copier.  It used to open and close a large 38" wide by 12" paper flap on the stacker.  Best guess is five seconds to make a full revolution on the large gear.  I was thinking of a waving Santa or something moving in a Halloween display.  Motor has a gearbox that turns the large gear.  I can see it moving 2 lbs or more easy.
