I use Wampp with no issues :-)

I think it comes down to personal preference since we're not doing Perl  ;)

Now you tell me!  ;)

I am trying to install Xampp and I am to this point. Now what? Win 7 64

I am using Xamp.

Your picture shows a normal installation.

Did you try typing localhost into a browser?

On looking at the path window, you have installed nutcracker incorrectly

Unzip the file anyplace. You then need to copy the contents of that directory and paster it to the correct nutcracker directory.

\xampp\htdocs\nutcracker

you should NOT see a directory that has smeighan in it.

Edit it to be the correct path.  I checked mine (on windows) and it was correct, however my GNULIBRARY environment variable was not.  I fixed that and now it is working for me.  Make sure to check all the variables (not just PATH).

Personal experience for me...I could not get Wampp to work,  Xampp has been working great and installed easy.

Thanks,
-Keith
