Tutorial for projects?

Is there a tutorial on adding a song to projects. I don't know how to set up the audacity file that it wants. Thanks in advance!

I created a quick tutorial on this.  However, I have been fighting a cold so my voice quality is pretty bad (lots of throat clears -- so I apologize up front).

Thank you!  We have four services this evening starting at 4pm and going until midnight tonight.  Gonna be a busy singing day!  I am not sure if this is allergies or a mild cold (probably allergies!)
