Only the last one of the three contains a Pickit3. The other two are just adapters to place the chips in to connect to a Pickit. The third is also a clone of the real Pickit3.

Got mine from Ed.  I was originally going to go the clone route but read of horror stories of clones not working and being able to program newer chips like with the etherdongle.  Sure it cost a bit more, but I am happy I went with an authentic Pickit from him.  That said, if you're not that gung ho with blinkie many members will program for you.
Sam, who is happy he flashed his etherdongle with newest firmware!

Ok, so if you are going to buy from J1, which one do you get?

The only real socket you need is the ICSP28.  Most lynx appliances have the conncetion pins on the board, but the usb dongle does not and uses the ICSP28.

If you use the MR-16, you'll need the 18 pin socket

If you are going to be using the Etd with the conductor, make sure you get a package with the 6 pin ribbon cable, so you don't have to disassemble things to reprogram the PIC.

All the ones you had linked have it in the photo, but be sure it is actually included.
