I just realized that this Friday is the beginnig of June, and that means we're really shooting closer and closer to trying to get this sequencing done.

Ahead of schedule? I am still waiting on an easy way to import nutcracker into LSP. Or to see the new matrix animator when the new version of LSP gets released.

I'm right on schedule, no kits built, no sequencing done ... panic growing, debating whether to do anything this year.  Spending all my time on volleyball and home projects instead of this.

Gonna reuse mine from last year with a few tweaks here and there..  Watching my old shows and wondering how to make 'em better.  Nah...  still too early.....  gotta wait till at least September.. lol  Then panic mode.....

I'm about on track, since I'm planning to just do Halloween this year.

Two Hub's, built and tested, one Etherdongle built and tested. Two USB dongles built and tested (as a back up)

Singing Pumpkin, built and tested

My test rig is connected together and set up in my garage.

All lights are built and tested (16 LED Flexstrips), (apart from eight Pumpkins that will have a short length of LED Flexstrips installed, awaiting the new SCC's from the current Coop to be shipped).
I have three sequences completed, another one is almost complete. Probably add two or three more sequences.

So I have about four more months to finish it all off.

I am at the point of "Do I really want to sink more time and money into this or just sell the whole lot   " After a few more kits come in I'll be back to this is going to be awesome this year.

Last year I had back surgery and had 5 months of required light activity. I added one new element to my display, an exploding star on a stick....it took me about 5 weeks, two to three hours a night to add it to 16 sequences. I also created 2 new sequences. I wanna add more elements but  with almost 20 sequences, I don't have that kind of extra time this year.

I'm thinking of recycling my sequences from last year and maybe incorporate two more songs for Christmas.  I am waiting on the SSCs before I start playing with the pixels.  I have been interested in redoing my light arches in RGB pixels.  Maybe crank three out of one strand of 128 pixels or so.
