Palombo Lights 2010
« on: December 23, 2010, »
Here is the first video I've posted for the 2010 show. More to follow as usual once the recordings are edited and posted.

Adding videos as I finalize them for the web.  More to follow as I try out some additional camera settings.  Might try for some dusk/dawn filming.

Enjoy.

Your video played well for me.  I really liked your song selection and the seq.   Your fireworks on either side of the house are awesome.   Read thru your 2008 how-to docs -  very creative!  Good job!!!

WOW is all I can say.  I love the center big tree with the spiral lights!  You did a great job for sure.  I will be watching for the rest of the 2010 videos.

Your show is Awesome as usual. ;D

I really like the clear colors in your videos. What camera do you use to record it?

Class act! Thanks for sharing. The nice thing about sharing is that it helps us newbies (Speaking for myself) get ideas for next year. The fireworks were cool and wrapping the post for the mega tree is an idea i think I will copy. Also, since I have a wide yard,  the group of trees on each side of the yard is a good idea that I will also look at for my yard to kind of frame things.

Thanks again for sharing.

Merry Christmas

Thanks all!

@ smartcontrols - The camera is a Canon HD Vixia HFS100.  I still think I can do better with patience and testing additional settings.

Tony, Thanks for the camera info.

I just ordered one.<;d But in reading the description it did not sound like it comes with your knowledge or experience.  I will have to look in the box when it gets here. ;D

Oh Well this is a DIY site, so I may have to just learn another new skill. Who would have thought making Christmas lights blink would teach you so much.

Maybe having a new camera will make my display better. Or it can't hurt.
