Issue with Aliexpress
« on: August 07, 2012, »
Anyone in these following states having an issue ordering from Ray Wu thru Aliexpress?  The Services provided by Alipay and our affiliates may not be provided to customers incorporated and/or registered and/or having a place of business in Arizona, California, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico and Washington.  Alipay is not licensed as an escrow company in the above-mentioned states.

I can't order anything from Ray Wu because of this.  Anyone know a way around it?
One day I will fly out of the fog and all of this will be seen clearly!

You could try to setup a proxy server to get to the website, but if they check your shipping address that would be a problem unless you had someone in another state that would accept your order and then send it to you.
