May 4th:
All the preparations are complete. We have an outstanding agenda that continues to build on the themes from previous years. Details are in this thread:
http://diylightanimation.com/index.php?topic=11065.0
We are now looking for RSVPs of those who will be attending to plan on food and drinks. Please respond to this thread, PM or email me alternately.
We have 4 additional sponsors to join our long prestigious list:
Christmas Light Show
3G Lighting
Dell Computer
Buchart Gardens
Lastly there is a PacNW member who is looking to sell some LOR controllers. If you are interested, PM or email me.

I plan to come just for the Saturday. Are there food plans for that day, or just the meet and greet the previous night?
-
I'll be attending as well, but only on Saturday. I've got the address programmed into my GPS already. :)
-
Well I'll RSVP but I think the whole world knows Im going to be there!! LOL.
Gary, the CLAP members put on a great lunch spread every year. We sit by the lake and eat and talk story about everything during that time!!
-
I will be there!

So by "members", do you mean "organizers" or "attendees"? If it's "attendees", I'd be thinking it's a potluck lunch!

Local members since the out of towners can't really make anything to bring. Allthough I wouldnt turn down a few dozen Kinder Eggs. just kidding wouldnt want you to get stopped at the border. Nancy, Zman, Wirekat, all of them normally have lunch covered. You can contact Zman and see if there is anything that you can bring but it pretty much is covered.
Zman correct me if Im wrong please.
:)

Correct, lunch is provided and we have one of the best venues as mentioned. Traditionally the Foley's cover lunch on Saturday. Sitting out by the lake talking lights. Not too many other things come to mind to do on a beautiful Satruday Spring afternoon in the PacNW.
We suggest you bring a thirst for learning. Maybe some show and tell items wouldn't hurt. If you have any Swap meet items to potentially sell, there is a table dedicated for that as well.

I am planning on being there!!! ;D

It was great top see everyone! Awesome job to Mark and Kevin for another informative and successful Northwest CLAP meeting! The weather could not have been better! Thanks also to Nancy Foley who allowed us to invade her house for another year. Could not have been easy for her without Bill! <res.
BTW Freebird, I never did get my SSCs! >:D

What??? I left them on the counter next to all those door prizes. I think Mark and Kevin may have actually given them away because there were so many. Maybe they went to lucky # 11, Yea that was what happened. I was # 11.
