need some elves to help me put up and fix all these lights been working all weekend and the weekend started on thursday night
trying for 256 channels this year
my deadline is December 1st to turn on display
-
The elves are unionized and as such Santa has to pay a decent salary. And since they don't need extra money for presents(since they make their own) it might be hard to find those willing to moonlight.
-
<la..
good luck with that! all the elves that know what they're doing are already under contract
-
Not to mention the "no compete" Santa clause.
-
All the elves I know tell me that is not in their contract!
-
I used my yearly elf quota for Christmas in july :o
-
where do you get an elf quota why has no one told me of this before
-
The elf quota is a government program and the reason you don't know about it is that it was set up by the same officials involved in the healthcare program.
-
so what web site do you sign up and can it accommodate more than 6 people browsing it at the same time
-
6 people would been seen as a "denial of service" attack and would shut down the server and cause it to revert to its Atari backup system.
-
I thought that the Atari was the primary system.
-
no the primary is a ti-99-4a with cassette tape drive

Hey I had one of those, tossed it a few years ago in a dejunking kick!
-
So, then it's YOUR fault that the health care system si so screwed up.
-
We started Oct 12th hanging lights. By the second weekend I was wishing I could pay some elves. I'm already dreading the tear down process.
-
Tear down goes much faster. I remember building my first Altair 8800 in the mid seventies. Obama asked to borrow it for a project he was working on.
-
Freebird has elves for hire. I have used them for coops. They aren't very good but they are cheap.

How many lights you putting up Jeff, and are they in hard to reach places?
It's nice being a newbie, as I don't have that many lights to do! 5 dsc strips, 10 flex rgb strips and 5 sets of pixel strings. after that it's the normal ole christmas lights!
