I've sequenced Monster Mash in LSP, don't know whether that helps?

Well I know that Sean has it listed on the Nutcracker song list site but the data is not there.
Do you have the time stamp number?

I don't know what a timestamp number is, all I have done is sequenced the song in LSP. You can have the sequence if it helps you.

Thanks Sean,

Question: How do I select "halloween" type colors. Orange, purple in nutcracker v3.2.2?

What does the palette button do?

Rick -

You can double click on one of the pre-defined colors and change it.  That is how I change the colors.

One thing we learned after the video taping part of the tutorial tonight is that copying the timing marks as listed above and pasting them into a notepad text file does not work.  After pasting there were spaces between the fields and nutcracker is looking for tabs.  Just thought I would pass that on.  If you have notepad ++ you can do a replace all of 3 spaces with a tab character.

I just edited the xml file and added each number one by one. Not the best way but it worked just fine for me.

Thanks for the heads up though

ugh

I have a sequence for the monster mash now and thanks to Sean for the marks. But how do I now attach the music to it?
I have the mp3 file in the xlights folder.

Never mind. I just created a new seq with the audio and then copy and paste in the marks.

Rick R.

you do NOT need to copy and paste.

on the Open choices, #2 says to create a sequence from an mp3. before you select your song from the pull down list click the audacity timing marks radio button.
now select your song . it will next ask you for an audacity label file. give it the file that has the timing marks, all timing marks are then loaded in to your sequence.

the last thing you do is go to "Display Elements" and attach some models to your song.

thanks
