Title: WTB pickit2 extender

So I just realized that the Pickit2 I bought with my EtherCon Gateway only came with ribbons but no "extender" which I guess is that part that I need to actually program pic chips when the board design doesn't include the programmer headers (as in the case of the dongles I just got parts for...)

Does anyone have an extra they would be interested in selling and shipping?

Yup  - but I don't know that I need all sizes.  Current need is for a dongle, and then....??
