Wow, I have been locked in a bubble for the past 5 months getting my commission in the Navy. I get to fly home next week for 3 days to celebrate Thanksgiving and put up some lights with my first 16 channel LE that I put together back at the beginning of the year. I am hoping that I can get a basic sequence put together in the next few days so I will have something more than a random sequence playing. Man it feels good to be working on this stuff again.

Congratulations!

You can get started by downloading sequences others have made too, so you can come up for turkey :)

Hi Rich and welcome back.

If time just doesn't allow sequencing very much, you could rig up for a color organ type of functionality for this year.

Check out this thread to get you started:  You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login

It doesn't work well for high channel counts but for a 16 channel setup its not altogether bad.  I have used the winamp --> vblink --> dmxcontrol --> dongle --> LE setup to drive lights for a few parties and the guests thought it was pretty cool.

Once again, welcome back and thank you for your service.

Hi Rich and welcome back.

This year I am doing my intire show using the Analog frequency spectrum add-in
You can control at what point the lights start to come on by lowering the green bar in each filter
and the point at which they are full by moving the red bar. over to the left is a means of increasing the volume of the
sound to make the responce more sensitive. you can use auto map or map each channel manual
have fun with it

Thanks for the support!!!

I am going to try and figure out what I want to do in the airport tomorrow. I think I am going to try downloading some sequences as that will probably be the easiest for now.

I hope everyone's displays are about ready to run. I am anxious to see this years videos with smart strings.
