Somewhere there is a very old post from blearning on how he made some home made heatsinks. You might try searching in the express forum or with his user name and see what you come up with. I am at work right now and do not have time to do the search for you. But Bill is a friend of mine and I have personally seen those heatsinks and know that they work.
