Well I have done it....I put together my very first controller. The great thing about it is no problems detected. It booted up and passed the testing on the very first try. WOOOHOOOO I'm soooooo excited. Thanks RJ for the tutorial. Though I will say that the one I watched was for version 4 and I almost forgot to put the 47k resistors in. Luckily I took your advice in the begining and seperated and counted all parts before I began.
As a side note to anyone who is putting together one for the first time I HIGHLY reccomend going out anf buying a OHM meter I got a digital one for about 30 bucks. This was extremly helpful!

Congratulations Aint it grand when its your first build it was for me. Also I bought a ohm meter on ebay and won the bid for .80 cents you are right you will need one it helps.
