Release 3.4.23

This release fixes the error messages that would sometimes happen in the Model screen

There is now a new effect class, Ripple. Dave Pitts asked for this for his whole house model. Effect class is not complete but it is functional.

Don Julien made improvements/fixes to teh Papagayo tab

   -enh (sean) Added Ripple Effect Class
   -bug (sean) Recompiled entire rpoject , we believe a few modeuls were compiled with debug and that was
            causing the error message in the model screen. Since that recompile, we have not see the error
   -bug (djulien) Fixed up auto-fade arithmetic (morph flicker still occurs); fix pgo grid column label with presets > 4 voices
   -enh (djulien) Papgayo: Rework auto-rest options, insert rests between phonemes

i forgot to mention, i found that i was not including the songs directory with the 55 marked up songs. 3.4.23 fixes that also

Seems like everytime I check, there is a new release!  Wow!  Great job and thanks!
