Hello DLAERS, I have redone my leaping arches to add marty fans and this is what I came up with Whatcha think, also I have made a CG 1500 bracket that will slip over a piece of rebar in the ground and then here is some of the items I have made all out of PVC , ENJOY  >.d9

Good stuff, great job! What is the funky curved piece on the base/middle of the arches? never seen that before.

Good stuff, great job! What is the funky curved piece on the base/middle of the arches? never seen that before.
I knew someone would ask and I forget what home depot calls it I will try and find out even if I have to check next time in HD thiers always a next time LOL

Why did you use the trap instead of just a straight piece across the bottom?

I just wanted a hump in the middle for the wires to attach to , sometimes I over do things  ;D

after looking at the trap in the bottom, it makes me think...

not only can you have a leaping arches, but add a few more channels, and you can have strings of lights from the trap, to the arch, and make like a peacock effect.
To rule the entire tri-state area!  What's that? Perry the Platypus!!!

Nice job as always Lineman; love the little trees. PVC has held up well for me in FL, I use it a LOT. Its so cheap, even if you mess up there is not much pain...just a quick re-engineer and another shape is born. 

Chris, the "peacock effect" you are referring to has come to be known as a "marty fan"...so the little hump of the trap comes in handy to use as the center wrap point. I got another LE kit this year so I can take my arches to the next level as Marty Fans too!
