Title: etherdongle to Active hub

Got my ssc 4's in and am planning my set up but have a few questions. first what is the Maximum length I can go from the etherdongle to the first active hub? And if that is not long enough what is the Maximum length I can go from my PC to the etherdongle?

Within reason, there is no real practical limit between the dongle and the first active hub.  It might be easier to answer if you told us about how long you where thinking of making your run.  For instance, I'll be going about 150 feet and it will be no problems.  I think some people have gone as far as 300'.  How long do you need to go?

Well your reply is already great news as I will only need to go about 30 feet from the dongle to the active hub and then 15 feet from there to the ssc. thank you

About 1200 feet is when I would start to be concerned.
