question on step 11 of the active hub install instructions

Hello all and thank you for your time in advance.

I'm hung on step 11 of the 16 port active hub install.  I'm not seeing a - sign on the side of the 100 uf capacitor like the instructions say.

One wire is longer than the other - is that the wire that should go into the + hole?

That is correct, the longer lead goes to the positive side

It should have a lighter colored band running down one side. If you look at it closely the - is in there.
