SmartString Hub with DMX Universe 5 and above do not work

I can get DMX universes 1-4 to work out of the smartstring hub but none above 4 on any of my hubs (tried 3). I'm obviously missing something.

Any thoughts?

You might try re=heating the solder joints on the selector pins and whatever the traces connect to.

Yes I have tested the firmware during the testing on all of them and it was working. Anyone else used the higher dmx settings?

Make sure the firmware is current but it likely is.
