Title: What do you need for nutcracker?

I tried to follow the instructions but no luck.
Not sure what to do?
Is there a video set up some were?

You can go to http://meighan.net/nutcracker , and play with it.  If you want to create a local install, there is a Sticky (2nd post on this forum) that walks you through the process.
