Title: Discontinued part on BOM

The mouser ssr4-dmx BOM has part 140-XRL25V100-RC on it, but it is discontinued and no longer available. They recommend part 140-REA101M1EBK0611P
Is that a suitable replacement?

This was also previously listed as the 100 uF capacitor for the Express. It has been replaced by 647-UVZ1V101MED  and it is in stock at mouser.

The one you listed will work, but the one above has a wider temperature range.
