Latest update.

Still waiting on PCB's, heat-sinks, & pigtails.  PCB's have been delayed but will hopefully be in soon. All other components are in and have been sorted and are ready to go.  PIC's have been programmed.  Will next update when rest of the components come in.

The final two parts boxes showed up today.  My local post office in my small town doesn't have much in the way of supplies/boxes (I got a few but not nearly enough), so I ordered them online; however, it might be as much as 12 days before they get here so I may start shipping out what I can via UPS to speed things up.  Depending on what boxes I have around, I'll get stuff out as fast as possible.  I hope to be able to ship a few tomorrow.  I'll update the second post every day or two as I ship stuff.

Got 10 shipped out today.  Hopefully another 10 or so tomorrow.  I got the folks in Australia sent out first since it will take the longest to get to them.  Updated the 2nd posting and everyone that is marked shipped should have gotten an email with tracking info sent to them.  If not, let me know and I'll send it to you.

All packages have been shipped.  The last 8 went out today.  Ironically, a few of the USPS boxes I ordered showed up today, but still not near enough to ship all the orders.

Also, you should have a few extra pieces of hardware (screws, etc.).  Due to the way I had to order the hardware, there was more than I needed so I tried to put a couple extra of each piece of hardware into the shipments.  That way, if I accidentally shorted you or if you drop a screw (and some of them are small) and can't find it or it goes down the heating vent, it is not a panic moment as you should have a spare or two.  For those that ordered multiple kits, I put the spare parts in one of the hardware bags so just look for the one with extra stuff in it.  The flip side of that is don't panic if you have a few extra pieces of hardware left over after you are done.

Hopefully everyone gets everything and in good shape.  I am pretty sure that all packages (except for the ones going to Australia) should arrive this week.  Let me know if you have issues.
