I will add that I was going to order the unit recommended by RJ previously, but they were out of stock.  I have no doubt that you'd be happy with that unit and my experience with lead-free solder (even used a lead free soldering station) is that its awful ... so I don't recommend lead free solder.

On RJs recommendation before, I got the one he posted and have had no trouble with it at all. It shows in stock now, so must have been a temporary out.
