They had some at Holiday lights located in Blackwell OK.  They are selling off all their inventory and the business, You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login.  Saw some nice ones there about a week ago.

Do you know if the galvanize cattle fence is what most people are using for other things like talking faces for christmas and halloween?

Good find Jim, I did mine so long ago I could not remember where I got the info! I did not use the galvanized fence. I just used some 4 foot rectangular coated fencing.

Whenever I find things I am interested in I make a folder and put a text file in the folder called source.txt.  In that file I put the website address, the date and a short description.  I then save any pictures or instructions that I can copy or download into that same folder so that everything is in one place.  I keep having to buy bigger hard disks.  LOL  but I do have a lot of info saved up.

I used this tutorial about 5 years ago.  I know I have better pictures of it lit, but our page here shows it on the side of my garage.  I made it with the fence as noted and 1x2 on the top and bottom for support.   I used good quality rope light from Christmas-leds.com, some 1" black heat shrink tubing of eBay, a ton of zip ties. It still works like a charm.  The rope light has yellowed but still looks and works great.
