I have a original one for the Ver1.  I bought 2 and used one.  It does not have the holes cut out for the usb and cat5.  Five bucks plus shipping if you can use one without the holes.  It is the one that was in the wiki before the version 2 came out.

I have some extra v1 dongle cases from the recent coop.  The vendor made (and charged me for) FOUR extra.  The V1 cases have CNC machined openings for the RJ45 Jack and the USB connector but no openings for LEDs.  In the coop the Version 1 cases were $10.75 each including PayPal and Coop fees plus $5.25 for shipping (up to two will fit) via Priority Flat Rate.

The v1s cost more due to the lower qty that we ordered for the coop.
