Title: "Off Season" use of DMX hardware

Being a noob to the blinky flashy world, I have a question.

Could I take the LE's I'm building for Christmas and repurpose them for use in stage lighting in my church after Christmas?  Would a standard DMX controller for lighting interface with the LE?

I can envision making use of some AetherII's for wall washers.

That would more than likely be defined as a commercial use of the product.  I think a way to look at whether it is commercial or not would be if someone is hurt is it your own homeowners that will cover it? If not then probably not allowable use of products.
