12 Channel Valentine's Day Light Show

I wanted to do something like this last year.  But I had just joined my first ever coop for the Lynx Express controllers.  This year I started shopping early for stuff.  Please note this is just a test run.  I will have all the cords tucked in.  

My wife Lisa went to her mom's today so I had a chance to set it up in the living room to see what it looked like.  I am using songs by the Archies, 1910 FruitGum Company and a couple of others like Pretty Little Angel Eyes by Curtis Lee and Flower Girl by The Cowsills.  (can you tell how old I am?).  Also I will come up with something to put in place of the snow flake on the right.  I found the little mail box (special delivery), the string of hearts and the big lighted hearts at big lots.  Mini and Micky Mouse from Walgreens and the small hearts in the center at Dollar Tree.

Maybe a little corny for some but my wife will love it.

So how are you going to place everything? Is it all going to stay on the couch are are you planning on hanging the parts all around?

No.  It is not big enough for outside.  It will be on the couch.  I am taking the easy way out.  6 safety pins and the whole show is mounted on the sofa.  But just a few feet to the right of the couch will be a table for two in front of the fireplace with steak dinner and wine.  I will sneak out Sunday evening (valentines eve) and put the valentine flags on her car.  I have some pink and whits balloons to blow up and fill the back seat area.  I also have some valentine clings to put on the windows.  I leave an hour before her as I start at 7am and she at 8am.  I will stop off at her work and decorate her office cubical with valentine decorations.

So my sweet will have a full day of mushy stuff.  She likes it.  (this scores points for light toys later on in the year Ha Ha)  that is not true.   I am just kidding about scores points for light toys.

What is true?  I am with out doubt the luckiest guy in the world to have such a lovely wife!    That is fact!

No mega rose.  I did add my Aether in a couple of songs and I will put it behind the couch facing up.  Have to put it behind the couch.  I would not want to blind Lisa.  I have 6 songs totaling just over 7 minutes.  They are trimmed down to about a minute or so.
