Is my count of 197 correct for the # of parts in an Express kit including the pcb?    Sorry but the Rain Man in me, needs to know?

2 Screws Long (For Mounting Heat Sink)
16 Nuts (For TO Packages)
2 Nylon Spacers (For Mounting Heat Sink goes between PCB and Heat Sink)
2 Nylon Washer (For Mounting Heat Sink goes on opposite side of PCB. Between screw head and PCB)

199 total

Seem to be 2 short
